Thanks for making this video I exploit to make actually lengthy movies round 30minutes, however I reduce it down to 10 minutes as my common watch time is round Three-4minutes there isn’t a level making actually lengthy movies that aren’t getting watched.
I’ve always figured shorter videos were better on YouTube, simply because people don’t like to stick with one video for too long. That’s the key here. Rather than post a video that’s 10-20 min or more, you could put out small little clips around 3-5 min a piece. This are then watched a lot more because they’re shorter and most people would likely watch all the way through if it’s just short enough.
so is time watched more important than percent of video watched? i upload streams that are an hour to 8 hours long. my average watch time is about as of now 10 minutes. that’s not much for percent but a decent amount of watch time imo. any help would be appreciated.
