    To me, haggling isn’t bad. Asking for cut-rate isn’t evil. And don’t worry, it doesn’t mean the client is out to get you.

    Ok, try to haggle when two parties involved in a transaction such as the purchase of a good and service negotiate the price until both parties can mutually agree on a fair price. That will be better for you.
