Just did my dopamine reduction over the past three days. (all tracked in my journal) and I’m improving on getting things done. I’ve turned off all notifications and the only dopamine that I consume are WhatsApp at 9 pm and some YouTube… Mostly yours. And now thanks to this video I will have to rethink my chronotype and how I can best structure my day.
