    I perceive all of the testing they did to find the ‘job to be completed’ right here, however what I don’t perceive is how milkshakes are being consumed for breakfast. What?! Folks really feel responsible consuming a Snickers bar however not a milkshake.

    So, I “Hire” a Milkshake to do a “Job”. That’s a unique perspective to consumer behavior. And that’s what great minds like “Clay Christensen” can provide.

    It would have been nice to hear how they changed the milkshake and the way it is marketed it, based on these insights.
