    I have been studying fairly a little bit of psychology currently and it’s changing into more and more obvious to me which you could each ignore dangerous emotions and inform your self to really feel good. Emotions are simply chemical releases within the mind.

      It’s scary to just ignore dangerous emotions though, sometimes you really have to address it head on. Some people get too pent up with what they feel that they burst and hurt other people in the process. Then again, it boils down into how healthy your emotions are — good or bad emotions, you should feel both of them to have a healthy mind, no one is perfect, emotional regulation however is important.

    This is true. I mean, the popular ones we listen to are mostly after what you will pay them later to get more. While the CEOs you talked about probably have nothing else to lose, they will tell you all you need to know to love their brand more. I also look out for unknown people, especially those in my field of interest and honestly, what I have learned from them can’t be found off the top of these popular guys. I even got a spot with one of them that I can’t even remember how it happened.

    Lol.. Eat vegetables, meditate and read books indeed. In fact, I can say that these are almost all I hear from people who claim to be geniuses in business and most times, I wonder if I’m not reading enough books or meditating enough that I’m still right where I am. Thank you so much for this eye-opening to-do list.
